Tim Beresford, from The CA4 Partnership Limited, is a dual qualified Chartered Surveyor and Tax Adviser having specialised in advising on Capital Allowances available on property to a wide variety of property owners, occupiers and investors for 30 years. During this time Tim has seen 3 different Capital Allowances Acts and many changes to the rules and procedures around making a claim. Tim is a recognised expert in this niche area of tax and both a regular speaker and author of published articles on the subject.
