We all negotiate every day, whether we realise it or not, and it is now a crucial aspect of day to day management. Good negotiating skills are therefore more important than ever before in today’s commercial environment.

This session will examine the basis of principled negotiation using proven techniques and practical approaches. The talk will also look at the problems and things that can go wrong and how to deal with them. The session will identify the particular negotiation skills which are required for sustainable successful negotiations. It will draw attention to the key aspects of negotiations and introduce strategies on how you can learn to become an effective negotiator.
