Drugs and Alcohol Workshop
This event will be led by Pam Stadnik who has worked for a number of substance misuse organisations in a variety of roles. She has developed a new substance misuse qualifications and piloted these throughout the country.
Pam has produced Drugs and Alcohol Strategies for Wolverhampton, Telford and Wrekin and Sandwell. She has redesigned and commissioned drugs and alcohol services and introduced national strategies.
The session is aimed to support managers, supervisors and HR professionals and will cover the following –

- Drugs and Alcohol policies
- Legislation
- Absence Management
