The Chinese curse, ‘may you live in interesting times’ seems particularly relevant today.  We can see changes happening on so many levels: political, economic, social, and business, not to mention any ongoing changes in our private lives!

Change can have a significant effect on our health, happiness and effectiveness. Whether the overall impact is positive or negative depends upon how we think about, and work with, change.
