Steve currently serves as Development Director for Majestic.com – a market leader in mapping link relationships on the world wide web. Steve has a background in software development, having graduated with a Degree in Computer Science from Aston University in 1998, and working his way up to “Technical Architect” for e-retailer Jungle.com in the first dotcom boom. In this talk, Steve will draw on experiences to share his perspectives on the Agile Journey within an SME environment, discussing where Agile has helped and where it may fail.
