In this inter-active workshop session local compliance experts Jayne Willetts and Matthew Moore will offer practical advice to delegates on the compliance responsibilities of all firms, highlighting any new developments at the time.

  • COLP and COFA records and reports: Once again, just what is a ‘material’ breach
  • How much time should be allotted to the compliance roles? Are we doing too little or too much?
  • The SRA risk review – how to ensure you have the right profile with the regulator
  • Updates to note and act upon and likely changes ahead;
  • The SRA’s approach to financial stability – where are we now?
