A Marketing Planning Workshop For All

Share

Turning your marketing strategy into a plan is an essential task and whilst many have experience of marketing planning, it is an ever changing landscape that requires multiple skills in order to excel.

We are delighted to have brought together three experienced speakers to deliver an interactive marketing planning workshop that will benefit everyone, whatever their experience. If you have never put together a marketing plan before or you want to refine your skills then this is a workshop for you.

We will explore the key elements required to create cost-effective strategy and look in detail at common problems.

Daniel Apparicio will begin the session with a look at the importance of marketing planning at an operational and strategic level.  Digital strategy consultant Alistair Wilson will assess the biggest risk to your marketing budget: waste. Delegates will consider the issues of inadequate analysis and feedback and also look at how to improve the decision making process. Finally, Renee Lee-Brown and Daniel Apparicio will look at planning for change and change management. This will be an interactive session where delegates will network and help each other find solutions to the planning problems.

This will be a popular event, so book early to avoid disappointment.  The workshop takes place on 26 April at Loughborough College. Registration and networking is from 09:00; the event starts at 09:30 and finishes at 13:00.
